Sure we can! Of course it depends what time you call us, but our intention where possible is to get to you the same day and have you up and running as soon as possible.

We understand you have other priorities, so we’ll work around your schedule.

We ask a lot of questions upfront to ensure we bring the right tools and parts to diagnose and fix the problem in one call. We’ll be in and out in two ticks, leaving you to get on with more important things.

Do we service other brands of washing machines?

No, sorry. We’re experts in servicing Fisher & Paykel washing machines. We like to do one thing really well.

How long will I be without my washing machine?

You won’t. A1 perform repairs on the spot, in your home, so you won’t have to go without your washing machine.

What are the hidden costs?

There aren’t any. Because we try to diagnose the problem before we arrive, we can give you an indication of our bill before we start work. We charge a set labour fee, so you won’t receive any nasty surprises!

A1 Washing Machine Services are members of the Electrical Workers Registration Board. Our team of qualified professionals have 5 years of experience repairing Fisher & Paykel washing machines. If we don’t know what we’re doing by now, nobody does!
